User Data Deletion Policy • Meta Platform Compliance

In accordance with Meta Platform Data Policies, users and enterprise clients have full rights to request the deletion of all personal data, WhatsApp integration credentials, and communication logs stored within the BoonTrack platform (operated by PT Boontrack Inovasi Digital).

Steps to Submit a Deletion Request

Send a formal request email to support@boontrack.com.
Use the email subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Company Name / WABA ID].
Include your registered WhatsApp Business phone number and the identity details of the designated account owner.

Processing & Verification Timeline

Upon receiving your deletion ticket, the compliance team at PT Boontrack Inovasi Digital will verify your ownership and completely purge all associated data—including access tokens, message history, and tenant webhook logs—within 3 x 24 business hours.

A written confirmation and formal deletion confirmation code will be dispatched back to the sender's registered email once the purge process is successfully concluded.
